Everything to do with your Sopung card goes to one address, and a person reads every message that arrives.
andrew@co.dev
Including the phone number your card is registered to means we can find your card on the first reply.
There is no button in the app that deletes a card - “Log out” in your profile only signs this phone out, deletes nothing, and hands the card straight back when you sign in with the same number. Deletion has to be asked for here. Tell us the number the card is registered to, and the card and the history attached to it are deleted. Any unspent points go with it and cannot be recovered.
Give us the date of the visit, roughly what time, and whether your code was scanned at the till. Saying both what the app shows now and what you expected saves us having to work out the difference. A photo of the receipt settles most of these in one message.
Send your number with its country code, and say whether you were expecting the code by WhatsApp or SMS. Telling us whether no code arrived at all, or one arrived and was refused, separates two quite different problems.
Name your phone and its OS version, what you tapped, and what happened instead. A screenshot is usually the fastest route.
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, have something inaccurate corrected, or have your data erased. Every right in Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 is exercised from this address.
What is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy, and how the programme works in the Terms and Conditions.
